As a graduate from Melbourne, Australia with a B.A. majoring in politics, I came to KaiserCommunication with little more than an interest in regards to public relations. KaiserCommunication provided me with a very thorough, enjoyable insight into PR.

During my time there I was able to work on a wide range of projects for a variety of clients, including those of high profile such as the German Federal Foreign Office. I worked with the corresponding consultants from the German, English, Russian and Scandinavian departments in tightly knit teams which actively sought after my ideas and contributions. I felt my input was always valued by the friendly staff, which made working at KaiserCommunication extremely rewarding.

Whilst I was held accountable for my work, the heavy emphasis on teamwork as encouraged by Mr. Kaiser, ultimately allowed me to challenge myself with the knowledge that if necessary, the expert consultants at KaiserCommunication were there to advise and assist me in completing my tasks. Perhaps the most valuable experience I took back to Australia was how to be part of a project-orientated team in which everyone worked towards the clients needs.

The atmosphere in the office, right in the heart of Berlin, was very enjoyable. Especially the lunchtimes together with the whole team and extra-curricular activities allowed me to bond with the people I now consider friends. These are memories I will never forget.

Based on my experience, I would recommend KaiserCommunication to any native English graduate such as myself, with an eagerness to learn and rise to challenges. A strong grasp of the German language would also be advantageous, to allow for an as broad as possible exposure to all aspects of KaiserCommunication.

I would like to thank Guntram Kaiser and the whole team for making my internship an extremely positive and worthwhile experience, and wish them all the best for the future.

Я проходила практику в KaiserCommunication в 2009 году во время учебы по обмену и позже принимала участие в ряде проектов в качестве ассистента-фрилансера.
Эта стажировка – идеальный вариант для студентов, интересующихся спецификой индустрии PR в Германии, будь то media relations или public affairs. Практиканты здесь не приносят кофе и не сортируют бумажки: с первого же дня они получают ответственные задания и имеют возможность курировать собственные небольшие проекты. Например, мне повезло работать в рамках масштабной международной кампании в сфере политических коммуникаций.
Поскольку большинство клиентов агентства работают на международном уровне, это отличная возможность получить профессиональный опыт в мультикультурной команде. Здесь пригодятся знания иностранных языков, а главное, самостоятельность и организованность.
Для меня важно работать в дружной, открытой команде, и с этим практикантам повезло: коллеги всегда найдут время, чтобы ответить на все твои вопросы. Всего за несколько месяцев ты узнаешь много нового, получаешь навыки проект-менеджмента, а также добавляешь в свое резюме привлекательную строчку.
Сейчас я работаю в маркетинге международного FMCG-концерна в Германии, и навыки, которые я получила в агентстве, мне неоднократно пригодились.
