Guntram Kaiser has almost 30 years of professional experience in the field of public relations. From 1990 to 2002 he worked in leading positions at the international PR agency Weber Shandwick and built up the company’s branch office in Berlin. In 2003, he founded his own communication agency KaiserCommunication in Berlin.
In addition to his activities as managing director, Guntram Kaiser is a guest lecturer in public relations and intercultural management at the Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Berlin campus of the EBC University. He has also authored a large number of articles for specialist publishers.
Guntram Kaiser is the official representative of the international World Communication Forum. Since 2006, he has been the only foreign honorary member of the Russian PR association RASO and he is also a member of the expert council of the Russian Silver Archer National Award for Public Relations.
He is fluent in German, English, and Russian.
Since 2010, Olga Vaulina has managed the agency’s business development and is responsible for strategy, planning, and the implementation of international PR campaigns for Russian clients in Germany and Europe. She is in charge of projects with Russian companies and start-ups entering the European market, as well as with ministries and government agencies and has broad experience in classical PR and digital communication.
Olga Vaulina studied international economics at the Moscow State Linguistic University and the Georg-August University Göttingen. In addition, she completed a supplementary training course in communication management at the German Press Academy (depak).
